Frederick Jaques, CEO
Fred is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of growing businesses, even in challenging market cycles. Most recently he was President of Dare Foods Limited Inc., a private, family-owned food manufacturer. While at Dare, Fred substantially improved profits by strategically transitioning the company from a cookie-oriented business to a portable food business.
Prior to joining Dare Foods, Fred was President of Labatt-Interbrew North America. Before his three years at Interbrew, Fred spent 13 years at the Kellogg Company, where he held several senior positions, including President, Kellogg Canada and General Manager-Cereal, Kellogg USA.
Possessing outstanding Marketing skills, Fred has won several global performance awards and grown market shares in competitive marketplaces. During Fred’s leadership of the Marketing team for Kellogg Canada, the company was voted Marketer of the Year for its world-renowned Special K advertising campaign.
Fred is a passionate, strategic leader who operates with a high degree of enthusiasm, teamwork, and an emphasis on open communication.

Andrew Linley, CFO
Andrew is a senior financial professional and change agent with over 20 years of international manufacturing and public accounting experience. His expertise includes: corporate governance, acquisitions, financial modeling and using information technology at its capacity. He has consistently lowered working capital, delivered faster and more accurate reporting, and moved Finance from a reporting to an analytical focus.
Most recently Andrew worked at Gates Powertrain, a tier 1 automotive parts supplier. While there, he re-structured the Gates and Stackpole entities to realize tax savings of over $10 million. He also led the strategic growth process, developing future modeling that was able to anticipate market upturns. He then led the supporting investment and de-bottlenecking to realize the demand increases.
Andrew delivers a blend of growth orientation and risk avoidance to add corporate value in the short and long term.

Eddie Zilli, President
For over 20 years Eddie has played an integral part in transforming Santa Maria Foods from a small company focused on ethnic independent customers to Canada’s leading specialty Italian meat company selling to all major retailers. Prior to joining Santa Maria, Eddie worked for Columbo Prosciutto and Sienna Foods.
Eddie has embraced the changing marketplace, always looking for new technologies and offerings to grow the market. Eddie introduced Rosemary-spiced Ham to Canada. He also identified and pushed the recent acquisition of state-of-the-art packaging equipment to ensure sliced meat packaging that provides the best quality and presentation to our consumers.
